Nada AI

Working conversational AI and ticket support with provider keys kept only on the bot host.

Nada AI runtime is supported in bot v2.8.Choose a provider/model here, then add that provider's API key to the bot .env. API keys are never stored in this website or D1.

For Google Gemini add NADA_GEMINI_API_KEY to the bot .env. OpenAI uses NADA_OPENAI_API_KEY, Anthropic uses NADA_ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

How to use it

  1. Choose provider + model and save
  2. Add that provider API key to the Nada bot .env
  3. Restart Nada
  4. Use /ai prompt: your question
  5. If ticket AI is enabled, the ticket opener gets automatic answers based only on approved knowledge

Member How do I verify?

Nada AI Uses your approved server knowledge to answer, or tells the member staff needs to help.
